MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Seminar Contract
I
___________________________________, responsible party and authorized agent in behalf of ____________________________ do
hereby authorize and instruct Eric & Nancy Liebes to present their seminar to
____________________________________________________ (club) on _______________________
(date) at __________________________________ (location).
This check
(accompaning this contract) in the amount of $500.00 is a non-refundable deposit. An
additional $1000.00 plus all travel expenses (including but not limited to; airfare,
ground transportation, hotel, and meals) is due at the time of delivery.
Optional
Best In Show K-9 Services Marketing program - Additional $250.00. (Recommended for
increased access to interested parties.)
A limit
of twenty four handler/dog teams per day has been set as well as a limit of those handlers
with three years experience. Observers are unlimited.
A BIS K-9 Services representative may
attend the seminar with or without a dog. This does not reflect upon the twenty-four team
limit..
Proof of insurance for the event and
all parties will be given to Best In Show K-9 Services within fifteen days of the event.
The
event giving club/company will provide a list of all inquiring individuals and
participants names, addresses, phone numbers, snail and email addresses and any other
information available so that they can be followed up and sent free updates and other
information related to Liebes seminars.
In the unlikely
event of weather cancellation, the seminar will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience
of both the organization and the Liebes'.
